Clinivo is a SaaS platform for managing medical clinics, including bookings, patient records, prescriptions, billing, and specialty-specific clinical modules. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
We offer a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After it ends, continued use requires an active subscription on one of the pricing plans shown on the platform.
Payment is currently made via bank transfer/InstaPay or e-wallet, by uploading proof of payment within the system. The subscription is activated or renewed after the Clinivo team reviews and confirms the payment.
The subscribing clinic is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, including patient details, prescriptions, and medical records, and for compliance with the professional and legal requirements applicable to its practice.
The clinic can cancel its participation at any time. Upon discontinuation after a grace period, access to the account may be temporarily suspended while data are maintained for a reasonable period before any final deletion.
We are working to provide a stable and secure service, but we cannot guarantee that the service will not be interrupted at all. Clinevo does not take responsibility for medical decisions made by doctors or clinics using the platform.
These terms may be updated periodically, and any change will be published on this page along with the date of the last update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
