When you register your clinic on Clinivo, we collect account details (name, email, phone), clinic details (name, specialty), and operational data the clinic enters itself, such as patient records, appointments, and visits.
Each clinic's data is completely isolated at the system level — no clinic can access another clinic's data in any way.
We use the data to run the service (booking, medical records, billing), communicate about your account and subscription, and improve the platform. We never sell user data to any third party.
Only authorized staff within the clinic itself (by role: owner, doctor, reception, accountant), and the Clinivo support team only when necessary for technical support.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us using the contact details provided at the end of this page.
